let your rage fuel you
Full moon in Capricorn

The Full Moon in Capricorn on June 29th 2026 illuminates (and even ignites) the authentic rage simmering within us, encouraging us to use that rage to fuel the fire of our own motivation.
When I tuned into the energy of this Full Moon, here is what I felt:
A shallow, hot, panting breath and tightness in my chest. The kind of breath that comes when something inside you has had enough.
Then I felt a dense, impatient, snarling energy pressing forward, that felt ready to assert itself. The energy then moved into both my knees, where I felt this insistent energy of a body ready to spring into action.
Then three words came into my head, loud and clear:
“Let's f-ing go.” (in my head it was the actual f-word of course, because yes Spirit does communicate with cuss words too!)
And that encapsulates the energy of this Capricorn Full Moon well: Not rage as destruction, aggression or attack. And not rage as something to be managed, suppressed, spiritually bypassed or apologized for. But rage as ignition — as the signal that something in us has had enough and is ready, finally, to act & move.
Because there is plenty to feel rageful about in this world. When looking at so many collective issues we humans have created, feeling rage is a healthy symptom of paying attention. In those situations, our rage is a clear indicator of our desire to make this world a better place for all.
Sometimes our rage is even more proof of our deep capacity to love and care for each other.
On the personal level, underneath rage lives one of the most potent forces available to us: life force. Remember everything is energy, but not all energies are the same. Life force energy (or prana, ki, chi, etc) is that energy that animates and nourishes EVERYTHING. This invigorating, ready-to-act energy that wants to be channeled into something real. Something that matters.
And this Capricorn Full Moon helps us illuminate the motivating fueling energy that can be channeled through our authentic rage.

The Energy of Capricorn: Cardinal Earth & the Power of Directed Action
As the cardinal Earth sign of the zodiac, Capricorn is the energy of ambition, discipline, responsibility and the extraordinary, methodical power of someone who knows exactly where they are going and refuses to stop until they get there.
In her light, Capricorn is grounded, fiercely ambitious, deeply dependable, and profoundly dedicated. She is the one who shows up and follows through. Capricorn understands that real, lasting things are built not in a moment of inspiration but through sustained, committed, disciplined effort over time. She is the provider, the builder, the architect of the long game — and she brings a kind of calm, unshakeable competence to everything she takes on.
Capricorn also carries an innate understanding that our emotions — including the difficult ones — can be channeled into productive action. She is not a sign that wallows. She feels, she assesses, and then she creates something.
Yet in her shadow, Capricorn can become a workaholic, controlling, rigidly attached to outcomes, and deeply uncomfortable with anything that feels messy or uncertain. She can be hyper-independent to the point of refusing help even when she desperately needs it.
The shadow of Capricorn is when her drive becomes a cage — when ambition hardens into rigidity, and the need to achieve becomes a way of avoiding feeling.
In the light of all the injustice and atrocities happening in this world, this lunation invites us into Capricorn’s energetic light. The grounded, directed, unstoppable energy of someone who takes their emotions,(and in the case of this specific lunation, rage) and instead of letting the emotions sabotage, creates something magnificent with them.
The Astrology: A Volatile, Electric and Clarifying Sky
This Capricorn Full Moon squares both Saturn and Neptune in Aries. Saturn is Capricorn's ruling planet, so his presence here is always significant. The Moon's square to Saturn highlights our responsibilities, our obligations, the commitments we have made and the effort they require — and asks us honestly: are we honoring those with integrity? Are we building toward what actually matters? It is serious, sobering energy that calls us to account.
The square to Neptune adds a different kind of friction — the discomfort of not knowing, and of confusion. Of having to act or decide when things are still unclear, when the path forward isn't yet fully visible. Neptune in Aries can dissolve our sense of direction, and under this Full Moon, that uncertainty may feel especially uncomfortable alongside all the hot, ready-to-move energy in the air.
And there is a lot of hot, ready-to-move energy in the air. It is Summer for us on the Northern Hemisphere after all.
Mars enters Gemini on June 28th — the day before this Full Moon — and immediately moves into a tight conjunction with Uranus in Gemini. Mars is the planet of drive, aggression, action and war. Uranus is the great disruptor, the awakener, the cosmic wild card. Together in the same degree? That is lightning in a bottle. That is the electric, explosive, entirely unpredictable energy of a situation that has been simmering suddenly finding its spark.
This Mars-Uranus conjunction (which happens directly on July 3rd) is almost certainly the source of what I felt in meditation — that panting, snarling, coiled, let's f-ing go energy. It is restless, volatile and electric. And under this Capricorn Full Moon, it is being asked to find a channel — something worthy to pour itself into, rather than simply detonating.
Also stationing on this same day: Mercury retrograde in Cancer. Mercury stations retrograde at the exact same time as this Full Moon — which asks us to slow down our communication, to pause before we speak (especially out of anger), and to revisit conversations and commitments with fresh eyes.
And then — Jupiter moves into Leo on June 30th, the very next day. Jupiter, the planet of expansion and growth, in Leo is bold, generous, radiant and unapologetically expressive. His arrival right on the heels of this Full Moon is a cosmic invitation to step into main character energy — to take everything this Full Moon illuminates and use it as the launchpad for a fuller, more authentic, more genuinely self-expressed chapter of our lives.
Rage as Fuel: The Life Force Beneath the Anger
So here is something to ponder and sit with.
What if our rage is not actually the problem...
What if we can use our rage as part of the solution?
We live in a world that has done a masterful job of convincing people — especially women, especially sensitive people, especially those who feel things deeply — that anger is bad, wrong and ugly. Anger is dangerous and inherently unsafe. Our anger is something to manage, soften, apologize for, or channel into something more palatable before it makes anyone uncomfortable.
And so we learn to swallow it. To turn that rage inward where it morphs into self-criticism, despair and possibly even disease. We spiritually bypass it, loving and lighting our way into self-abandonment. We learn to call it something more acceptable — frustration, concern, disappointment — anything but what it actually is. Pure, unfiltered RAGE.
But rage, when we are willing to feel it honestly, is one of the clearest signals our body sends: something here is not okay. Something here violates what I know to be true. Something here needs to change.
And underneath that signal lives Energy. Enormous, potent, directed Energy. The same life force that, when channeled consciously, makes some-thing from no-thing. The energy that creates the momentum to finally take the action we have been talking about, thinking about, waiting to be ready for.
Capricorn understands this instinctively. She does not wallow in emotion — she uses it. She takes the heat of what she feels and she builds something with it.
This Full Moon is asking us to do the same.
Not to explode. Not to direct our anger at the nearest available target. But to feel it fully, honor what it is telling us, and then ask: what does this rage want me to do? What action is it pointing toward? What has been waiting for exactly this much energy behind it to finally get moving?
That is the alchemy of this lunation. That is rage as fuel.
Conclusion: Let's Go
This Capricorn Full Moon sees through our rage to what resides underneath. She calls upon our rage as an ignition, an activation, life force Energy rising and saying - "enough is enough, it’s time to go!”
Capricorn is energetically efficient. She knows how to transform the heat of emotion into the steady, unstoppable momentum of a person who has decided — quietly, firmly, completely — that they are done waiting and ready to move.
That is the invitation of this Full Moon.
Not to explode. Not to destroy. But to finally, fully honor what your rage has been trying to tell you — and to let it light the fire beneath the life you are here to build.
May this Capricorn Full Moon help you feel, honor and channel your rage into invigorating motivation and momentum to f-ing go.
with infinite love and lunar blessings,
Rachael
